You can obtain your own "Jack Daniel's Ticket to the Races Code" in Stuff Magazine, Issue Number 76, March 2006; or by sending a request by e-mail to jackdaniels@stuffmagazine.com. Sweepstakes Entities can only guarantee that entrants will receive a code by the Sweepstakes close date if requests are received by February 23, 2006. Limit one request for a code per person per e-mail address. No purchase necessary. Sweepstakes will run from 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on February 1, 2006, through 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on March 1, 2006. You may fill out the entry form only once. This will allow you to be eligible during the entire period of this promotion. Limit one entry per person per e-mail address. Prizes are limited to one per e-mail address or mailing address during this promotion. Duplicate entries will be disregarded. 3. WINNER SELECTION: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries. The drawing will take place on or about March 10, 2006, and will be conducted by the Sweepstakes Entities. The selection of the winning entry shall be within the sole discretion of the Sweepstakes Entities, whose decision concerning all aspects of this sweepstakes shall be final. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
4. ELIGIBILITY: Employees of Dennis Stuff, Inc., MaximNet, Inc., Brown-Forman Corporation, Arnold Worldwide, RCR Enterprises, LLC, Slingshot, and Universal McCann (collectively "Sweepstakes Entities"), or any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, liquor wholesale licensees, retailers, as well as advertising/promotion agencies, and the immediate family members and household members of each are not eligible to enter this promotion. Open to legal residents of the United States, 21 years of age or older as of date of entry. This promotion is void in CA, TN, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations of the United States. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sweepstakes Entities, which shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters. Grand Prize Winner and guest must be available to travel on any dates selected within the sole and absolute discretion of the Sweepstakes Entities pursuant to two weeks' advance notice. 5. PRIZES: Grand Prize (1): Grand Prize Winner will receive a five day / four night trip for two to Charlotte, NC on 5/25-5/29. Prize includes roundtrip coach airfare for two (airline to be selected within the sole and absolute discretion of Sweepstakes Entities) from the US gateway airport closest to the winner's home, accommodations for four nights (double occupancy) at a hotel to be selected and determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Sweepstakes Entities, ground transportation between the airport and hotel, two tickets to the Coca-Cola 600 and the CarQuest 300 at Low's Motor Speedway (subject to availability, race events to be selected within the sole and absolute discretion of Sweepstakes Entities), a tour of Speed Street, and two sets of Jack Daniel's Racing Gear. Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $2,340. Actual retail value of Grand Prize may vary depending upon city of departure. If the major airport closest to the Grand Prize Winner's residence serves the greater metropolitan Charlotte area, the Grand Prize will not include air transportation or land transfers to the hotel and no substitution or compensation will be provided. All expenses not specifically referred to herein shall be the responsibility of the winner. Grand Prize Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Taxes, if any, are solely the responsibility of the winner. Dates of trip and travel arrangements to be selected and determined in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sweepstakes Entities, subject to availability. Blackout dates and restrictions may apply. Grand Prize Winner and guest are responsible for all required travel documentation. No substitution, transfer, assignment or cash equivalent of prize permitted, except that Sweepstakes Entities may substitute any prize of equal or greater value for any reason. If for any reason events are cancelled in whole or in part, only balance of trip and prize will be awarded. Failure to return any required documentation so as to be received within fourteen (14) days of prize notification will result in automatic prize forfeiture. If prize is forfeited for any reason, an alternate winner will be chosen in a random drawing of all eligible entries.
6. PARTICIPATION: Participants agree that by submitting their entry they release the Sweepstakes Entities from any liability in connection with their computer equipment/software. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any material in this promotion. Use of automated entry devices or programs is prohibited. Any attempts to access the site via a bot script or other brute-force attack will result in that IP address becoming ineligible for the entire sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Entities (defined below) are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error, technical malfunction, failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, computer on-line systems, computer equipment, servers, access providers, or software, including any injury or damage to participants' or any other persons' computers relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes; inability to access the entry website or any pages thereof; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries or code requests; entry submissions or code requests that are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete, garbled, or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the Internet or any website. The submission of requests for the "Jack Daniel's Ticket to the Races Code" by e-mail within the allotted time shall be solely the responsibility of the entrant. 7. CLAIMING PRIZE/RELEASE: Potential Grand Prize winners will be notified via telephone, regular mail and/or e-mail. Grand Prize Winners are not required to be online at time of notification.
The potential winner will be required to claim his or her respective prize within fourteen (14) days of notification by signing before a notary, and returning to the address stated in the notification an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release. The winner's guest must meet all eligibility requirements of this Sweepstakes, and must also execute and return an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability and publicity release by the deadline specified in order for the guest to be permitted to accompany the Winner. If the notarized Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release are not returned so as to be received within fourteen (14) days of notification, the winner will have waived any claim to the prize and an alternate winner may be selected. If prize is forfeited for any reason, an alternate winner will be chosen in a random drawing of all eligible entries. The return of the notarized Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within the allotted time shall be the sole responsibility of the winner; Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for delays in delivery. This Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with New York law, and the venue for all controversies will be exclusively in state or federal court in New York, New York. All federal, state and local taxes are exclusively the responsibility of each respective winner.
By entering this Sweepstakes, all entrants including the prize winner: (a) hereby release the Sweepstakes Entities and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensed alcohol wholesalers, retailers, officers, directors, agents employees and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes from any and all liability claims, action or proceedings with respect to or in any way arising from or for injuries or damages sustained while involved in a promotion activity or in connection with this Sweepstakes and / or award, acceptance or use of the prizes, including liability for personal injury, death, damages, or monetary loss, and including the risks of travel and of attendance at public events; as well as (b) consents to the use by the Sweepstakes Entities for promotional purposes in connection with any promotion, of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice and/or photographs, in any and all media, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Computer entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain with the submitted e-mail address.

LIABILITY: Sweepstakes Entities reserves the right in its sole discretion, to change or suspend this sweepstakes should virus, bugs, or other causes beyond the control of sponsor corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of the sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes Entities reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.
